This 80’s home in Southern Ontario needed a complete overhaul - it had been patched together over the years and it needed to be reconsidered from both a style perspective and a building technology perspective.

Ruhl Builds worked with the owners to define a style and architectural concept and then completed a full interior and exterior renovation.

The comprehensive exterior renovation included foundation waterproofing and drainage improvements, construction of new decks and hardscaping, and replacement of windows, air barrier and siding.

Interior renovations included insulation upgrades, remodelling of the kitchen and bathrooms, new flooring, fireplaces, interior doors and trim, stairs, and stair railings.
