This ’70s home in Vancouver needed to be set in a new direction after years of incongruent renovations.

Ruhl Builds worked with the owners to define a style and concept and then completed a renovation in two phases.

First, we completed a comprehensive exterior renovation included pool refinishing, replacement of hardscaping, construction of composite decks and the introduction of drainage improvements. Next we completed the interior renovations included the replacement of old multi-unit sliding doors with a Nana Wall, new floors, stair railings and fireplace features.
